I love the name Periwinkle!
What a happy name to have.
And doesn't the flower look bright, perky and happy?
It is also known as Vinca.
But we will call it Periwinkle.
It lives along the fence, under my Morning Glory. The fence surrounds my patio and I can sit on my porch and enjoy this pretty little flower.
Come along on the Outdoor Wednesday tour with me!
Hi Jeannie. They are just so pretty! I love the purples and pinks.
ReplyDeleteHow Pretty , your Garden still looks so fresh :) Everything around here is starting to look very tired, lots of heat, sun, and very little rain :( Plants are not very happy.
ReplyDeleteHow nice your Garden still looks so Lovely ~

You are so lucky, it's really wonderful to have these flowers. They look very healthy, BTW- the best two colors.
ReplyDeleteWe call them Vincas here but I think I like your name better!
ReplyDeleteI do so love this little flower and you reminded me that I did not get any this year!! I will have to put it on my list for next year for sure! In NM where I used to live it would sometimes come back the next year if the winters were not too harsh- that was a nice treat!
