Pretty Periwinkles

I love the name Periwinkle!
What a happy name to have.
And doesn't the flower look bright, perky and happy?
It is also known as Vinca.
But we will call it Periwinkle.
It lives along the fence, under my Morning Glory.  The fence surrounds my patio and I can sit on my porch and enjoy this pretty little flower.

Come along on the Outdoor Wednesday tour with me!

  1. Hi Jeannie. They are just so pretty! I love the purples and pinks.

  2. How Pretty , your Garden still looks so fresh :) Everything around here is starting to look very tired, lots of heat, sun, and very little rain :( Plants are not very happy.
How nice your Garden still looks so Lovely ~

  3. Thanks for sharing some of your pretty flowers. I love flowers and a pretty yard. I still do my yard work and love it. Everyone says I am crazy.

  4. Very pretty! I am having amazing luck with some flowers or they have completely died. A strange gardening year!

  5. Your flowers are so 'happy' thanks for sharing! Have a great Outdoor Wednesday!

  6. Love your happy Perwinkle! A plant I would like to add to my garden next year.

  7. Beautiful garden... and I love love that picture of your dinning table against the lovely window... ;) thanks for bringing me here!

  8. You are so lucky, it's really wonderful to have these flowers. They look very healthy, BTW- the best two colors.

  9. We call them Vincas here but I think I like your name better!

  10. I do so love this little flower and you reminded me that I did not get any this year!! I will have to put it on my list for next year for sure! In NM where I used to live it would sometimes come back the next year if the winters were not too harsh- that was a nice treat!
