October Flowers

Heritage Rose from David Austin

My Fairy Roses.
I love the darker shade of pink as the weather cools.

This is the first year I have been happy with my Belinda rose.  But they are blooming perfect, sweet smelling roses.  I think this is the 3rd year.

And I planted some more Basil.

I am loving this cooler weather.  I'm joining Tootise today!

  1. Oh, your Fairy roses are darker now. They are just marvelous Jennie.Well they stop blooming for a while this winter or just keep right on going?

  2. Lovely roses. We got our first freeze last night, so now I must wait until spring again.

  3. Your roses are so pretty. The Heritage rose looks like it is made of the softest silk, I love the pale pink color. The dark pink rose is beautiful too. I envy anyone who can grow roses to such perfection!

  4. Your roses look so pretty still. Ours are pretty much done for the year. We've had lots of rain and cooler weather, it feels like winter is around the corner now.
