Why Is This Rose Behind Bars?

Why is this Rose behind bars?

No words needed!!

He decided my bare root rose was a stick.  Nothing else would deter him.

He's a Lab!
Ahh, now it is a Rose (no longer a stick)  and the cage is no longer needed.  Soon to bloom.  My newest David Austin Rose!

Richard Brinsley Sheridan, love this quote:)

This is too funny, reminds me of my son's lab that pulled every stick looking thing out of the pot/ground and ran like mad tossing it in the air and catching it. What a dog. Need me a fence like that:).

    Great post:)

  4. I once planted a new windbreak, then my daughter came to visit. With her dog. The dog took every new plant up! He loved his stick toys! I still haven't re-planted the windbreak!
